BaabSport provides coordination, booking, payment, and community-safety tools. Profile information can help you decide who to play with, but it is not a guarantee of identity, conduct, or venue conditions.

Code of Conduct
Every player, captain, and organizer shares responsibility for a respectful and dependable game.
Honor Commitments
Arrive on time and cancel through the app when plans change. Cancellations and no-shows can affect activity metrics and access.
Game Integrity
Play within the rules, communicate honestly, and avoid reckless conduct that could injure another person.
No Abuse or Violence
Threats, violence, harassment, fraud, and discriminatory conduct may lead to warnings, restrictions, suspension, or a ban after review.
IN-APP CONTROLS
Tools that support safer coordination
These tools reduce friction and provide context. They do not replace personal judgment, facility rules, or emergency services.
Player Profiles
Review available names, positions, activity metrics, and shared match context before joining. Baab Sport does not claim blanket identity verification.
Reports & Case Status
Submit a report with relevant context and follow its status in My Reports. Outcomes depend on the available evidence and review.
Blocking
Blocking limits direct messages, follows, and profile discovery between two accounts. It does not guarantee that users will never share a public event or venue.
Privacy Controls
Manage public-name visibility and account settings in the app. Review the Privacy Policy for how data is collected, used, retained, and shared.
Payment Processing
Stripe processes card payments under PCI DSS requirements. Baab Sport does not store full card details.
Support
Use in-app support or email support@baabsport.com for account, booking, payment, or safety questions. Response time varies by issue.

A safer game starts with accurate information, reliable attendance, and early communication.
Book & Commit
Review the date, field, price, and cancellation terms before confirming. If plans change, leave or cancel through the app as early as possible.
Arrive Prepared
Bring suitable footwear, protective gear, and water. Follow the sport's rules and all facility instructions.
Report Concerns
Use the in-app report flow for conduct or safety concerns and preserve relevant details. Contact emergency services for immediate danger.

Refunds & Cancellations
The app shows the applicable outcome before a supported cancellation. Timing depends on payment mode and time before kickoff.
