How much does it cost to list my venue?
Listing your venue on BaabSport is free. Completed app bookings are subject to the effective commission rate documented for your complex. Any time-limited promotional rate is documented in writing. The player service fee is separate from partner commission.
How do I receive payments?
After an eligible match is finalized, BaabSport transfers the partner's net field revenue to the connected Stripe account. Stripe then pays available funds to the registered bank account according to that account's payout settings. Processing, verification, holds, weekends, holidays, and bank timing can affect arrival.
What if a player cancels?
Player refunds depend on match mode and timing. Classic matches provide a card refund at 24+ hours and no refund within 24 hours. Share matches provide a card refund at 72+ hours, Baab Credits at 48-72 hours, and no refund within 48 hours. Partner earnings are determined by final match settlement; a non-refundable player amount does not guarantee an equal partner payout.
Do I need special insurance?
Partners must maintain the insurance coverage required by the Field Partner Agreement. Baab Sport does not provide insurance coverage for partners or players.
Can I set my own prices?
Partners manage the supported field rates and availability rules for their operation. Available pricing options depend on the field configuration and the written commercial terms for the complex.
